The Honeywell 747PD is a indoor, piezo dynamic series, 105dB, hardwired alarm siren. The 747PD sirens produces traditional "speaker" sound while drawing 1/4 the current of typical sirens. This allows multiple devices to be installed on the same alarm panel without the need for additional hardware, costs and labor.
The 747PD siren features a sleek, lightweight design, an easy-to-wire terminal block and a hinged case cover. The 747PD siren is globally compliant and UL approved and ideal for residential application.

After installing this siren I tested my Honeywell system (by arming it and tripping the alarm) and was impressed with the noise it made! I feel much better knowing my neighbors will hear my alarm going off when I am not at my house. Thanks Geoarm for recommending this inexpensive siren, it was exactly what I wanted.
