RE618 - Alula Wireless Flood/Temperature Range Sensor (for Connect+ Panel)
Alula RE618 Product Description:
The Alula RE618 is a Connect+ encrypted, trident, integrated environmental sensor. The RE618 detects flood conditions and reports extreme temperatures. It also reports air temperature allowing custom high and low temperature trip points to be set in the Helix panel.
To enroll the RE618 trident sensor, begin with placing the panel in enrollment mode. Next, send an enrollment signal from the RE618 sensor by either removing the batteries or removing the wall clip from the Trident body. Alternatively, the sensor can be enrolled by scanning its bar code using the HeliLink app or by entering its 8-character serial number on the interactive GeoArm web portal. Please take note, that the freeze and heat inputs must be enabled as additional zones using the HeliLink app or on the interactive GeoArm web portal.
To install the RE618 trident sensor, begin by placing the sensor in the location requiring flood or temperature detection. If desired, the wall clip can be used to secure the Trident sensor. The RE618 detects water pooled under the sensor and reports extreme temperature conditions. High and low temperature trip points are set in the Helix panel. Heat alarms when over 100°F (38°C). Heat restores when under 97°F (36°C). Freeze alarms when under 45°F (7°C). Freeze restores when over 48°F (9°C).

I enrolled into my hub, and have my water valve shut automatically once this detects water on Alarm.com. I feel like everyone should have this enabled as this can save a huge amount of money, time, and especially stress. I had my bathroom recently demoed and rebuilt because I had a leak in my spare bathroom that soaked into the walls and ceiling, apparently this has been going on for a year! I wish I had bought these sooner.

Great customer service. I ordered the hub and water flood sensor and optional siren. I installed those without an issue so I purchased two more flood sensors but had a little trouble getting them to work properly. I called customer service for help and within a few minutes he was able to resolve my issues.

I placed one of them under our bathroom sink. One day I and my wife received a notification from it about the water detection under the sink. We were able to take action before it got really bad and saved a ton of time & money. Now I placed these everywhere where possibly we could have water leaks in our house.

Had this for over a year and still high battery, no disconnection issues and monitors very well. Have tested and also alerts on your phone very well. Make sure you test and ensure the alerts on your phone are setup correctly otherwise there is no point! Works well, Glad I made the purchased!
